  • LAVENDER SYRUP SUGAR RIM FOR AN EXTRA TREAT
 

DIRECTIONS

 
  • SQUEEZE LEMON JUICE FROM HALF A LEMON INTO BOWL
  • ADD LAVENDER SYRUP AND SET ASIDE BOWL
  • POUR SUGAR INTO A SECOND BOWL (JUST ENOUGH FOR THE RIM OF THE GLASS)
  • DIP RIM OF WIDE MOUTH MASON JAR INTO LEMON AND LAVENDER MIXTURE AND THEN INTO SUGAR.
  • MAKE SURE RIM IS COMPLETELY COVERED.
  • ADD ICE TO GLASS
  • ADD LEMON THYME SIMPLE SYRUP
  • ADD LAVENDER SYRUP
  • POUR 100MG OF THYME-INFUSED LEMON CRUSH S*SHOTS OVER ICE (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THYME TO INFUSE YOUR S*SHOTS, YOU CAN MUDDLE IN A COCKTAIL SHAKER AND STRAIN OVER ICE)
  • ADD YOUR FAVORITE LEMONADE
  • GARNISH WITH A COUPLE SPRIGS OF THYME AND LEMON SLICE.
*LEMON THYME SIMPLE SYRUP
  • ½ CUP WATER
  • ½ CUP SUGAR
  • LEMON ZEST FROM HALF OF A LEMON
  • 3 OR 4 SPRIGS OF THYME
DIRECTIONS: HEAT ON STOVE UNTIL SUGAR IS DISSOLVED, LET COOL, THEN STRAIN.
